HVA Foods conducts Tea Taster Training Programme for Ceylon School for the Deaf and Blind

In line with the spirit of Steuart Senehasa, HVA Foods PLC marked George Steuart & Co.’s 190th anniversary through a specialised tea tasting training programme for students of the Ceylon School for the Deaf and Blind.

The programme introduced visually impaired students to tea tasting techniques and skills associated with one of Sri Lanka’s most important industries, creating opportunities for learning, confidence building, and personal development.

Reflecting the belief that potential should never be limited by circumstance, the initiative sought to empower young individuals through inclusion, exposure, and opportunity.
