DESIGN AND ESTIMATION ENGINEER – AIR CONDITIONING

•Reviewing the tender drawings, specifications, and BOQ, and preparing a complete tender proposal within the given time period.

•Participate in the pre-bid meetings and tender negotiation meetings.

•Heat load calculation and system design based on requests.

•Provide the necessary technical inputs and support to the project engineer/supervisor during the project execution.

 

YOUR  PROFILE:

 

•A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an HNDE/NDT in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry.

•Knowledge of Standard Bidding Documents SBD-02 and CIDA.

•Knowledge of using heat load calculation software, AutoCAD/Revit, and system design.

•Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
