SALES MANAGER
YOUR ROLE:
•Develop periodic sales targets and strategies for solar, elevator & air conditioning services.
•Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
•Identify new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with project and service teams.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers,and facility managers.
•Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prepare technically sound proposals.
•Report sales activities and progress to senior management.
•Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
YOUR PROFILE:
•A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field from a recognized University/Institute.
•Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, including 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
•Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
•Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
•Ability to work independently, be self-driven, and thrive in a target-oriented environment.
•Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
