IT ASSOCIATE

Your Role

  • Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues or escalate them when necessary.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Support software installations, updates, and system maintenance activities.
  • Assist in monitoring network and system performance.
  • Provide support during employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
 

Your Profile

  • Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or   institute.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with IT asset management.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Valid Motorbike license is required
