IT ASSOCIATE
Your Role
•Supporting end users with their daily IT related problems.
•Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
•Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
•Managing regular data backups to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
•Coordinating with external service providers for specialized repairs or upgrades.
Your Profile
•Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute.
•Minimum of 1–2 years of experience with proficiency in Windows 7, 10, and 11, MS Office, and internet/email applications.
•Fundamental understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
•Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and firewalls will be an added advantage.
•A strong command of both written and spoken English, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills.
•Valid Motorbike license is required.
