ASSISTANT REGIONAL MANAGER (SOLAR / AC / ELEVATOR)
Your Role
•Develop and implement regional business plans to expand market share in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
•Drive the regional sales team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
•Identify new distribution channels and key accounts.
•Oversee the lifecycle of sales projects from initial site survey.
•Manage the regional Profit C Loss (PCL) statement.
•Monitor budgets, overheads, and inventory levels to maximize profitability.
Your Profile
•A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
•A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
•Experience in HVAC industry will be added advantage.
•Good command of English, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
•Valid Driving and riding license are essential.
•Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
