HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

Your Role

Serve as the key liaison between Group Human Resources and the company, ensuring the effective and seamless execution of HR functions while fostering a culture of engagement, trust, and continuous people development aligned with the organization’s strategic business objectives.

Your Profile

•A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources Management or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institute or equivalent professional qualification.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling a similar role, in a reputed company. Having exposure to tea industry including a factory environment, would be advantageous.
•Extensive hands-on experience across all areas of HRM, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals at all organisational levels.
•Demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities, characterised by a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset.
•Skilled in data management with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
•Proficient in English and Sinhala with confident communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
•Conversant in MS Office packages (i.e. Word/PowerPoint/Excel) and usage of social media platforms.
