KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Your Role

•Act as the main point of contact for assigned key clients, ensuring the consistent delivery of quality service.
•Cultivate and sustain strategic, long-term partnerships with key accounts.
•Act swiftly to resolve any client complaints, operational issues by coordinating with internal departments.
•Identify opportunities to introduce new products, services, or upgrades to existing key accounts to expand the account value.
•Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecast data for senior management.

Your Profile

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or related professional qualification.
•3 – 4 years of proven experience in account management and B2B sales.
•Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
•Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
