FINANCE MANAGER
Your Role
• Provision of strategic leadership direction to the overall business, in compliance with necessary standards and SEC
regulations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Company and its managed funds.
• Manage annual budgets, monitor cash flows, and ensure effective financial planning.
• Keep up with the evolving regulations and cost structures.
• Monitor portfolio valuations and cost structures.
• Establish and maintain procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and achieve business goals.
• Maintain healthy relationships with regulatory bodies and any other concerned party as required.
• Manage statutory obligations and ensure the accurate and timely preparation, reporting, and payment of all
statutory liabilities.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful management reports to support strategic decision-making.
Your Profile
• Qualified in ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an international audit firm, with exposure to audit planning, audit
programming, and systems analysis, along with at least 3 years of experience in the corporate sector.
• Sound knowledge of Government Securities, Corporate Debt Instruments, Securitizations, Financial Derivatives,
Fund Accounting, and Regulatory knowledge in asset management.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a high level of integrity, strong ethical standards, and a commercially
driven business mindset.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, complemented by strong interpersonal and communication
skills.
