STORES SUPERVISOR
Your Role
• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and
dispatching stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and system reconciliations.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, health regulations, and warehouse cleanliness standards.
• Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency within the facility.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Your Profile
• Minimum of 02 years of supervisory experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Certificate in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field would be an
added advantage.
• Sound understanding of stock auditing, receiving/issuing procedures, and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with store assistants effectively.
• The role is based in Kelaniya - Thalwatta.
