TRAINEE IT ASSOCIATE
Your Role
• Supporting end users with their daily IT related problems.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
• Coordinating with external service providers for specialized repairs or upgrades.
• Supporting IT Team in Day-to-Day IT Activities.
Your Profile
• Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized
university or institute.
• Fundamental understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Email and Internet.
• A strong command of both written and spoken English, complemented by excellent
interpersonal skills.
• Valid Motorbike license is required.
