DESIGN AND ESTIMATION ENGINEER – AIR CONDITIONING
Your Role
• Reviewing the tender drawings, specifications, BOQ and preparing a complete
tender proposal within the given period.
• Participate in the pre-bid meetings and tender negotiation meetings.
• Heat load calculation and system design based on requests.
• Provide the necessary technical inputs and support to the project
engineer/supervisor during the project execution.
Your Profile
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an HNDE/NDT in Mechanical
Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same
industry.
• Knowledge of Standard Bidding Documents SBD-02 and CIDA .
• Knowledge of using heat load calculation software, AutoCAD/Revit and system
design.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
