PAYROLL EXECUTIVE
YOUR ROLE:
•Perform tasks related to payroll processing in line with statutory requirements.
•Prepare periodic payroll reports and summaries for management review.
•Collaborate and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to payroll process.
•Handle payroll related inquiries from team members, courteously and in a timely manner.
•Stay updated on payroll related best practices and changes in legislations.
YOUR PROFILE:
•Bachelor’s degree in Management/Human Resources Management or qualified in CQHRM or any equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institute.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputed conglomerate.
•Hands-on experience in payroll processing within a system-based environment, with a comprehensive understanding of statutory and tax regulations related to payroll.
•Attention to detail, accuracy and right judgment.
•Excellent communication skills in English, both written & spoken.
•Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
