PROCUREMENT & OPERATIONS CLERK
YOUR ROLE:
•Assisting the procurement process including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and issuing purchase orders.
•Preparation of purchasing related documentation and timely system updates.
•Coordinate deliveries and monitor shipment schedules.
•Maintaining up to date the operational records and documentation as required.
YOUR PROFILE:
•Passed G.C.E. (A/L) examinations.
•Prior experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
•Excellent communication skills in English, both written & spoken.
•Proficiency in MS Office packages (PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel).
