GENERAL MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions whilst reporting to the Head of George Steuart Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee all business operations, including sales and marketing, engineering operations and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives whilst pursuing new business opportunities and delivering budgets.
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Having a Master’s degree would be adventitious.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the engineering or related industry.
  • Proven track record in business growth, strategic planning, and operational management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
