EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION
Work Location – Katubedda - Moratuwa
YOUR ROLE:
•Manage and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
•Ensure all FMCG Products are manufactured in compliance with company SOPs and quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
•Supervise and lead production line operators, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene practices.
•Coordinate with procurement and warehouse to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
•Track production KPIs like OEE Yield, wastage and machine uptime; report performance to management.
•Identify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement of projects such as Lean, 5S and Kaizen.
•Ensure all production documentation and batch records are accurately maintained.
•Support maintenance teams by reporting equipment issues and facilitating planned downtime.
•Implement best practices to minimize production costs without compromising quality.
YOUR PROFILE:
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology or related discipline.
•Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
•Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for fast moving consumer goods.
•Familiarity with food safety and quality certifications such as HAACP and ISO 22000.
•Experience working with ERP systems. (SAP, Oracle or similar) preferred.
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
•Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (written and spoken) along with excellent interpersonal skills.
