PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

      YOUR ROLE:

•Supervise and coordinate daily confectionery production processes to achieve targets.
•Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
•Monitor production lines, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.
•Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members to ensure efficient and seamless shift operations.
•Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
•Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams for uninterrupted operations.
 

YOUR  PROFILE:

•Diploma in Manufacturing, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in production or food manufacturing.
•Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Willingness to work on a shift basis.
