INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER

JOB PROFILE:

The Information Systems Manager will play a key role in supporting the Group’s technology strategy, ensuring reliable and secure IS operations while driving innovation across business units. The position will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and systems integration, while providing leadership to the IS team and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

 

YOUR  ROLE:

•Driving digital transformation and aligning IS strategy with Group objectives.
•Manage the day-to-day operations of the Group’s IT infrastructure, applications, and networks.
•Ensure business continuity through effective system monitoring, disaster recovery, and data security measures.
•Lead system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects across the Group.
•Develop, document, and enforce IS policies, procedures, and standards.
•Partner with business units to identify technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation.
•Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to support business growth.
•Supervise, mentor, and develop IS team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
 

YOUR  PROFILE:

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.
•Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Information Systems/IT management, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial role.
•Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management, ERP/business applications, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
•Strong knowledge of system integration, database management, and networking technologies.
•Experience in project management and implementation of enterprise-level IS projects.
•Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a diversified business environment.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
